Warranty and After-Sales Service

The warranty period for this battery pack model is specified by the supplier.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, we will be responsible for the replacement or repair of the battery pack in the following cases:

• The battery pack cannot be charged or discharged.

• Under standard testing conditions:

• The capacity falls below 80% by the end of the first year.

• The capacity falls below 70% by the end of the last warranty year (if applicable).

• Damage to the battery pack's casing or accessories that is caused by the battery itself.

• The charger is not functioning properly.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

We will not be responsible for repair or replacement in the following cases:

• The warranty period has expired.

• Damage resulting from improper handling of the battery.

• The battery pack has been dismantled or modified.

• Visible damage to the Battery Management System (BMS) not caused by battery failure.

• Damage caused by using an incorrect charger.
